Changes:
- Scroll of Chaos overhaul:
- The Scroll of Chaos now increases the chance of finding event or rarer monsters
- The Scroll of Chaos now allows players to find Community World Raids throughout the world. Players will fight alongside players of any real-world location in Community Raids
- The Scroll of Chaos now slightly increases the difficulty of later game monsters in the world
- The Scroll of Chaos no longer gives access to all weather monsters
- Server-side support for an updated Crimson Festival event
- Server-side support for an updated Fool of April event
- Server-side support for the upcoming class sprite overhaul
- Event Hub updates: events may now have an associated colour and font

Notable bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue with Amities applying to summon pacts, such as extra damage at full health
- Fixed an issue where the Drop Quality Bonus did not apply to Titan drops
- Fixed an issue incrementing the Codex for raids at the end of the Monument of the Thronemakers
- Support for dungeon event selection, coming to an app update soon
- To better respect the House Rules, Collateral Damage is now disabled for the first two turns in Blades of Finesse
- Event XP given by Raids now scales with the Raid's tier and total HP

- (Orna) The Thronemakers event now increases the number of Monuments and Towers found in the world

- To reduce confusion, removed Nurtured Nature from the Arisen Waygate voting Murks (as they will not be spendable after the event ends)
