Updates & Release Notes

Changes:
- To avoid PvP stalements, defenses will now decrease over time
- Improved Bahamut's Hybrid Monster stat bonuses and hybrid spell damage bonuses
- Improved Bahamut's Valhallan Strength II passives
- Increased the rate of which the new Eternal Light passive charges
- Increased Nyx's skill slot count
- Titanguard now has Steadfast II
- Increased the mana pools of Titanguard and Nyx
- Increased the chance of Nyx's passive activating
- Increased Kingdom Gauntlet rewards
