Changes:
- Increased the rate of encountering event monsters in Monuments

- Greatly increased the rate of encountering event monsters in the "Monument of the Thronemakers" Monument mode
- Increased materials rewards in Monument room rewards
- Increased Skeleton Key rewards in Monument room rewards
- Codexing Kits will no longer be consumed if no codex items were discovered
- Added a fail chance to the "Reraise" status effect
