Changes:
- Increased the Tower Shards earned from the Tower of Oillipheist
- Added an additional horde to the Tower of Oillipheist
- Fixed an issue that allowed players under T10 to start the Tower of Oillipheist
- Added some material drops to event monsters of The Cursed Queens
- New item: Medea's Hairpin
- New item: Knight Sirus Helmet
