Changes:
- The Healing Bonus effect now applies to spells (instead of solely potions)
Notable bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue that prevented Monuments from progressing in the new Daily Goals system (Astraltrees)
- Fixed an issue dropping Anguished gear from Mimics
- Improved the effect of the Monumental Specialization and Candle on World event monsters
- Fixed the Mana Recovery Anguished Gear effect (please note that items need to re-roll this effect for it to work)
