Updates & Release Notes

Changes:
- Due to popular vote, the Wyrmhunt event has been extended by 1 week's time
- Tower Shards are now granted upon defeating a Titan rather than descending the tower. This will address lost Tower Shard issues when the game crashes or is closed between Titan defeat and Tower descend
- Titans now drop end-of-dungeon rewards
- Translation updates
- New format for our release notes
